JobConnect is a custom-built job portal created for the Haryana Government, designed specifically to bridge the gap between HSCIT graduates and real-world job opportunities. With over 2 lakh underprivileged students impacted, the platform goes far beyond a typical job board—it offers guided tools and features tailored to first-time job seekers from low-resource backgrounds.
The problem at hand
Most job portals are built for tech-savvy professionals. But the students completing HSCIT programs often lacked access, exposure, and experience needed to navigate such platforms.
We needed to solve for:
Digital literacy barriers
Poor resume quality and formatting
No clear application flow or interview preparation
Limited matching based on actual skillsets and local opportunities
A typical portal wouldn’t cut it—this had to be purpose-built.
