Why This Role Exists

Join our creative strategy team as a Research Intern and become the brain behind the brands we build. You'll work directly with our Creative Director, Tanvi Jadhav (IIM Nagpur graduate), diving deep into brand strategy, market research, and consumer insights. This role is for someone who loves uncovering patterns, asking the right questions, and turning data into strategic goldmines.

What You'll Actually Do

● Brand Research
Deep-dive into brand positioning, personality, and differentiation strategies

● Brand Naming
Research and suggest compelling brand names with strategic rationale

● Market Research
Analyze industry trends, market gaps, and growth opportunities

● Competitor Analysis
Study competitor strategies, positioning, and market presence

● Audience Research
Understand target demographics, psychographics, and behavioral patterns

● Keyword Research
Identify strategic keywords for brand positioning and SEO

● Strategic Documentation
Compile research findings into actionable insights and presentations

Who You Are

● Experience
6 months to 1.5 years in research, market analysis, or brand strategy

● Natural Researcher
