What You'll Own

● Strategy Development:
Create comprehensive social media strategies aligned with client business objectives

● Team Leadership:
Mentor junior team members and interns while managing multiple client accounts

● Client Relationship Management:
Present strategies, manage expectations, and maintain strong client relationships

● Content Strategy:
Develop content calendars, campaign concepts, and brand voice guidelines

● Performance Management:
Set KPIs, analyze data, and optimize campaigns for maximum ROI

● Cross-platform Expertise:
Execute strategies across all major social platforms and emerging channels

● Crisis Management:
Handle social media crises and maintain brand reputation

● Budget Management:
Allocate and optimize ad spend across campaigns and platforms

What We Need From You

● 0 - 2+ years of social media management experience (agency experience preferred) [We count Internships as part of the experience]

● Proven track record of growing social media presence and engagement for brands

● Strategic thinking: You don't just post content, you build ecosystems

● Advanced knowledge of social media advertising platforms (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.)

● Experience with social media management tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social, etc.)

● Data-driven approach: You make decisions based on insights, not assumptions

● Strong presentation and client communication skills

● Leadership potential: Ready to guide team members and shape department culture
